Cadence options include daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly, and we're available 24/7 for buildings that need around-the-clock coverage. For mixed needs, we run day porter and night porter setups so daytime upkeep and after-hours deep cleaning are both handled.
Yes. Most of our Orlando accounts are cleaned between 6 PM and 6 AM so your business day is never disrupted. We can also run early-morning pre-open, weekend, and full 24/7 coverage. For buildings that need a daytime presence as well, we assign a day porter to keep lobbies, restrooms, and shared spaces presentable during business hours. One of our larger Orlando clients runs three full-time day porters plus two full-time night porters because of building size and standards.
Yes to both. Every W-2 employee passes a criminal background check and ID verification before being assigned to a client site. Our team trains to OSHA safety and ISSA cleaning standards, and our staff carry company IDs, wear branded shirts, and clock in and out via timesheets so you always know who's in your building. As a company we carry general liability insurance, workers' compensation, and employee bonding, and we send Certificates of Insurance within one business day of request. We're also Green Seal-aligned, which means the products we bring on site are EPA-approved, non-toxic, and safe for indoor air quality.
Yes. We don't lock you into long-term contracts, so adding services is a quick phone call or email.
